Kaspersky Lab, whose North American office is in Woburn, MA, has won Building Impact’s Gold Impact Award for 2012 for its commitment to strengthening local communities through volunteerism and giving.  Kaspersky Lab went above and beyond, demonstrating a committed level of involvement and taking part in the following volunteer initiatives, to name a few:

In-Office:

• Held a holiday toy drive
• Held a bake sale and silent auction for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
• Held a “Ready for School” supplies drive

Out of the Office:

• Participated in the Corporate Challenge 5K race
• Made meals at Greater Boston Food Bank
• Helped clean up the Mystic River
