The North Suburban YMCA – a leading nonprofit that strengthens community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility – is celebrating Mother’s Day with an online contest, where one lucky mom will win the “Relax and Renew” package. The package features a two month Y family membership, $100 Visa gift card, three free personal training sessions and a nutritional consultation.

They North Suburban Y is asking people to share why they love their favorite mom by visiting ymcaboston.org May 1 through May 21 and submitting a story using the online form. The top five stories will be chosen and posted on the YMCA of Greater Boston Facebook (facebook.com/YMCABoston) page on May 23. People can then “like” their favorite story from May 23-May 30 on the YMCA of Greater Boston Facebook page. The story with the most “likes” wins.

Additionally, the North Suburban YMCA is opening its doors to the community May 12 and 13 so families can come in and try the Y for free.
