WOW! Last week's Plank War challenge was a blast!
Alessandra and Paulene went nose to nose in the Holiday Challenge and the result was a tie! They held the Plank for 15 minutes, yes 15 minutes! I suggested to, our trainer, Laura, that they compete and have a plank off, but, I have a feeling neither one would give:). So, we settled for a tie, they both win a prize. We randomly selected the MVP by drawing a name. Alessandra is last week's MVP! Congratulations to you both, your strength and determination shows!
