Enrichment Program -Kyle Dine Food Allergy Musician
Kyle Dine Food Allergy Musician will present an interactive allergy presentation that introduces students to the importance of food allergy awareness.
Welcome Back Ice Cream Social
On Friday, September 14, 2012 the PTO will be hosting a Welcome Back to School Ice Cream Social from 6:30-7:30pm at the school playground.
The Reeves families are invited to join Principal Carroll Willa and the PTO Board members for dessert as we celebrate our school community and the start of a new school year. We hope you will stop by meet up with friends both new and old.
This is not a drop-off event. Parents must stay with their children.
RSVP is due 9/11/2012
Wednesday, September 19, 2012 school will be released at 12:30pm. Lunch will be served.
Back to School Night
Back to School Night is scheduled for Thursday, September 20, 2012. A schedule of the evening will be sent home from the school office.
Fall Fundraising with Meadow Farms
On Monday, September 10, 2012 catalogs will be sent home with students kicking off one of this year's major fundraisers, the Meadow Farms catalog. There is something for everyone in this fundraiser - magazines, chocolates, wrapping paper and sports items, etc. The proceeds from this event will fund upcoming Reeves PTO student and family programs.
Order forms are due no later than September 21, 2012. Checks should be made out to the 'Reeves PTO' .

PTO Membership/Student Form
Sent home on the first day of school is the Reeves PTO Membership and Student Forms. We invite everyone to join the Reeves Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). Joining the PTO is an excellent way to get involved in your child's education. Your membership donation helps fund many programs at the school. In addition in order to provide reliable information to the room parents in your child's class and to notify you of events going on at school, we are requesting that you complete and return the PTO Student Form. The PTO needs this information since we do not have access to the official student records.
On the PTO website you will find a Membership Application and theStudent Form. The form can be downloaded and returned to school with your child. Please help us help your child have a positive elementary school experience. Thank you!

1st PTO Meeting
Will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at 7:00pm at the school.
Principal Carroll Willa and the Reeves PTO invite all parents and guardians to our first PTO meeting of the year. We have exciting plans for our school for this year! Please stop by to hear all about up and coming events. Hope to see you there.
On Tuesday, October 9, 2012 photographers from Coffee Pond will spend the day photographing each student and each classroom. Over the next few weeks forms will be sent home for picture orders.
