The Woburn girls U12-1 soccer team just competed in the Tewksbury Turf Time in-door soccer league. The girls played in the U14 league to challenge themselves to get ready for the spring season. The team was short-handed so three former players came back to play. The girls finished with a record of 10-0 and received a first round bye for the playoffs. They played a half game vs. North Andover and won to move into the finals vs. Wilmington. They beat Wilmington 5-1 to capture the championship. In 11.5 games the girls scored 101 goals and only gave up 10. The coaches are very proud of the way the girls played together as a team.
