July 20
At 12:24 p.m., police arrested Giovanny Javier Bou, 18, of 4 Johnson Terrace, Lynn on a warrant.
At 7:13 p.m., police arrested Ross L. Minotti, 42, of 45 Pomeworth St., Stoneham, at the Red Roof Inn on a warrant. Stoneham police had distributed his picture. When Woburn police showed the picture, an employee identified him as a guest at the inn, police said.
At 10:04 p.m., police arrested Frank M. Ricci, 41, 412, of 5 Blake Terrace, Woburn and charged him with domestic assault and battery. When he came home, drunk, according to the woman at that address, he accused her of cheating on him and spit on her face. She called police, police said.
July 21
At 3:20 a.m., police arrested Donald Alex Knight, 43, of Sherman Place, East Woburn, for domestic assault, second or subsequent offense.
At 8:48 a.m., police arrested Elizabeth C. Smith, 24, of 599 Pleasant St., Malden, on a warrant. Police had received 911 calls from her cell phone and determined she was in the Salem Street area. An officer located her in a car on Salem Street. She said she was fine, police said.
At 3:25 p.m., police arrested Jeannine Margaret McDonough, 47, of 18 Blueberry Hill Road, Woburn, on a violence abuse prevention order violation. In the process of a divorce, she is not allowed to be at her husband’s house, police said. The husband had allowed her on the property to get a key when an argument ensued, police said.
At 8:50 p.m., police arrested Jamie R. Bacon, 29, 1 Spring Court Extension, Woburn, on an abuse prevention order violation. The woman with the abuse prevention order against him reported that he reached out to her on Facebook. When police went to his last known address, he said he did not offer to “friend” her purposely, police said.
July 22
At 6:23 p.m., police arrested Amanda L. Catanuso, 31, of 185 NcCarthy Way, Tewksbury, and charged her with shoplifting after more than $100 in merchandise was taken from Kohl’s. Catanuso allegedly removed $756 worth of items from the store, police said.
