ARREST LOG: Three Women Face Prostitution Charges

An excerpt from the Woburn Police Department's Nov. 4 police log. The following arrest information was supplied by the Woburn Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the  log. Please note that this is a sampling of activity in the log, not a complete account. We report all arrests included in the daily police log.

Nov. 4 –

Three women were arrested on prostitution charges in Woburn during a Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force investigation Friday. According to police, Yanjun Gong, 48, of 15538 Hollis St. in Hacienda Heights, California; Pinmg Zhu, 50, address unknown; and Phanon Seajoo, 26, address unknown were all arrested and charged with one count of sexual conduct for a fee and unlicensed massage/baths. Police said the business, one2one NRG and three women, were not licensed for massage, according to the state Division of Professional Licensure/Office of Investigations.

At 12:32 p.m., Jason R. Moran, 21, of 5 Kilby St. Apt. #7, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and miscellaneous equipment violation. According to police, Moran was taken into custody after an officer observed him driving on Main Street with a no rear left brake light. Dispatch confirmed Moran’s license status as suspended and the Kilby Street man was arrested.

At 5:45 p.m., Joseph Francis Munro, 48, of 76 Walnut Ave. in Norwood, was arrested and charged with operating while under the influence of liquor (fourth offense) and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. According to police, 12 empty beer cans were confiscated from Munro’s car. Police said officers were called to the Stop and Shop parking lot for a report of a car crash in which one car hit a parked vehicle and left the area. The witness described the car to officers, who were able to locate the vehicle on Main Street near the store, said police. According to police, Munro failed field sobriety tests issued by the arresting officer and was taken into custody.
