Car Flips Over in Route 128 North Accident

Mass State Police reconstructing accident Monday night.

 
A motor vehicle flipped over, ejecting one person Monday night, in an accident on Route 128 North.
According to various public safety reports, the car rolled from the southbound lane into the north near Exit 36 (Washington Street), ejecting one person. Woburn Fire personnel on Engine 3 and Rescue 1 responded to the scene, providing CPR to the individual.
The injured person was transported to Mass General Hospital with medics and WFD EMTs on board the ambulance.
The Mass State Police were headed to the scene to reconstruct the accident.

He was heading northbound ... then rolled over the median for the on ramp...seemed to be speeding

Waiting for the update. Passed by the scene Monday. Several cars were involved (and lots of public safety) -- one car seemed to have crossed the guard rail and was north of the merge from Washington Street, spun and crumpled against a rock outcropping before the overpass.
