Overall in Massachusetts, activity is considered high now; it was considered moderate at this time last year, according to Flu Trends.

According to this week's CDC Flu activity report, influenza levels are on the increase across the country.
Five states – Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee – are reporting flu rates not normally seen until January, according to the Centers for Disease Control. The flu season normally peaks in January and February.

Or don't get the flu shot, and try staying healthy with some common sense approaches....tons of chemicals are literally being sprayed everyday over the skies of Woburn, (Big juicy ones over my home as I type this) and no one in officialdom seems willing to broach the topic, so who knows what crap is being put into this anti-virus preparation?
