Child Porn Defendant Loses JuJitsu Instructor Job

Also placed on unpaid leave from Winchester church.

A Woburn man facing child pornography charges has lost his job at a local JuJitsu school.

Raymond McAllister, 20, of Woburn, with dissemination of matter harmful to a minor, enticement of a child, and posing or exhibiting a child in a state of nudity.

Ed Melaugh, the owner and sensei of where McAllister was an instructor, said Thursday night that the 20-year-old is no longer working for the school.

"I'm as shocked as everyone else," said Melaugh regarding the charges facing McAllister.

The Middlesex District Attorney's office claims McAllister Skyped with a 13-year- old boy in Arizona, and asked the boy to disrobe; a sex act allegedly followed.

The DA said McAllister made "substantial admissions" while speaking with police Tuesday night.

The 20-year-old was arraigned in Wednesday. When entering the courtroom, he nodded to his father and looked at him frequently during the proceedings.

"This is something we don't agree with," said Wayne McAllister before the arraignment.

McAllister told the press he is "broken" over the charges facing his son.

“We became aware of the very serious and disturbing charges against Raymond McAllister, a part-time parish employee, and immediately placed him on unpaid leave,’’ parish leaders said in an e-mail sent Wednesday to parishioners, according to the Boston Globe.

Woburn Little League officials issued a statement Wednesday saying they have "protocols concerning any prospective coaches and or volunteers," according to the Globe. And that those "procedures were followed in this instance," according to the Globe.

McAllister pled not guilty at his arraignment Wednesday morning in Woburn District Court. His bail was set at $10,000 cash, and he was ordered held under house arrest at his parents' home, where all Internet must be removed. He cannot go online either from his laptop or his phone; and he cannot be with children under the age of 18.

McAllister's next scheduled court date is March 7. The DA's office said Wednesday that it intends to pursue the case in .
