Brandon Matthew Mahoney, 30, of 11 Swasey in Haverhill, was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and threat to commit a crime. According to police, officers responded to the Westgate Drive home four times between 11:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. for reports of loud noise.
