Flags line the neighborhood of Barbara Doherty, the mother of Glen Doherty who was killed in the Libya terrorist attacks in September.

Hundreds of American flags, both large and small, line the streets of Barbara Doherty's West Side neighborhood. The flags are intended to honor her son, Glen Doherty, who was killed in a terrorist attack in Libya last week.

In addition to the flags, one neighbor left a sign on the lawn that simply stated: "Our hearts are broken."

There will be a wake for Doherty tonight at St. Eulalia Parish in Winchester, along with a funeral service Wednesday. Mourners are asked to line the streets of Winchester to honor Doherty Wednesday.

Glen Doherty's obituary can be found here.
