A former Woburn Little League coach, and volunteer at St. Mary's Bible Camp in Winchester, McAllister was in on these charges in February. But, due to the "serious" nature of the charges, the district attorney's office chose to move the case to Superior Court.

"[McAllister allegedly] enticed an underage victim to perform sexual acts while they were engaged in an internet video chat, and that he possessed child pornography," said Leone.

An arraignment date in Superior Court has not been set, according to the District Attorney's office.

According to authorities, in December of last year, Arizona investigators notified the Mass State Police that Skype was used as a video-chat platform for an unknown Massachusetts man and a 12-year-old Arizona boy. Further investigation led authorities to McAllister. Authorities report that McAllister had saved "video files of child pornography" on his computer, said the DA's office.

In February, Judge Marianne Hinkle ordered McAllister held on $10,000 cash bail with the conditions that if he posts bail he is ordered to remain on 24-hour house arrest, ordered to have no unsupervised contact with children and ordered to refrain from the use of the Internet.

McAllister's father, Wayne, said in February that the family was "broken" by the charges against his son.

"My heart is with him," he said.
