Your article should read, "...by Saturday, Feb. 9...". Not Friday

@ Amy, I haven't precisely measured, but to the eye, a bit over two feet, would be an approximate guess. Sorry I could not be more scientific here, but circumstances do not permit more experimentation. In any case, with drifting, nailing it down still isn't easy, even with a yardstick or other measuring instrument.

@ Maura, believe it or not, I'm on a little dinky side street, albeit off a major cut-through avenue, and the plows were running past here constantly last night, and the streets appear passable now, just before noon on Saturday.

From what we just shoveled, I'd say about 30 inches (Park Drive).

30 inches where we are in N Woburn, Seems to be about the norm. Fluffy light snow, easy to blow away. And the St is plowed. PBR time.
