There was a New Kid on the Block in Woburn today.

According to Fox 25 News, Jordan Knight, best known as the lead singer of New Kids on the Block, was at Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning, 29 Draper St., for a workout this morning.

According to a release from Callanan & Klein Communications, Inc., Knight, 42, is getting in shape in advance of a North American tour.

"In May, Jordan will join fellow NKOTB members as well as popular boy bands Boyz 2 Men and 98 Degrees as they tour North America," the release states. "Working with world renowned strength and conditioning coach, Mike Boyle, Jordan adopts the necessary functional program to prepare."

Boyle is co-owner of MBSC, which was recognized as the #1 Gym in America by Men’s Health, the release states. Boyle is known for training professional athletes, but also has a strong following of adult clients who perform very similar programs to the elite athletes.
