Michael A. Berardi, formerly of Woburn, died Tuesday, Feb. 28 in New Hampshire.

Mr. Berardi was the husband of Lauren A. (Poor) Berardi and son of Joseph M. and Nancy J. (Adams) Berardi of New Hampshire.

He is also survived by his grandmother, Ann Berardi of Woburn; sister, Joanna Berardi-Eddy of New Hampshire; nieces, Olivia Elizabeth and Alissa Jean Eddy; father-in-law, John L. Poor of Boston; brother-in-law, Joseph LoRusso of Medfield; sister-in-laws, Andrea Buckler of Holliston and Christina Boyce of Dover; and caregiver, Peter P. Notrem of New Hampshire.

Mr. Berardi was pre-deceased by his grandfather, the late George Berardi, and his mother-in-law, Annette S. (Sardella) Poor. 

A funeral will be held from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main St., on Saturday, March 3 at 11:15 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St. at noon.

Calling hours are Friday, March 2 from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston.
