POLICE LOG: Laptop Stolen From Parked Car

Sept. 20 – At 5:20 p.m., a Revere woman reported her car window smashed open and a laptop stolen from the vehicle while it was parked in the China Pear restaurant lot. According to police, the laptop, personal papers and bills were stolen from the car. Using video surveillance, officers were able to see the suspects’ vehicle, but not the license plate.

Other Incidents:

Sept. 20 –

At 11:44 a.m., Keith A. Webb, 25, of 59 Lawrence St. in Haverhill, was arrested and charged on an outstanding warrant. According to police, Webb’s vehicle was stopped during routine traffic enforcement on Commerce Way after he was observed driving over the speed limit.

At 5:37 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident on Cambridge Road at the Taco Bell. According to police, one vehicle was leaving the parking lot, when it struck a vehicle traveling straight on Cambridge Road. That driver was found at fault for failure to yield to the right of way, said police. One driver reported a minor leg injury.
