The Tidd Home is a fully MA-licensed and accredited Residential Care Facility in Woburn, Massachusetts—in a beautifully restored Federal-style home at 74 Elm Street.

A $1.5M renovation expanded the residence and provides every resident with a start-of-the-art environment.

The Tidd Home offers its guests intimate, casual, comfortable living at its best. Each of our 16 rooms is private with its own bath and has plenty of room for individualization with your own furniture and mementos. Rooms are located on both the first and second floors, with recreation rooms, library, sun room, media room available by elevator on the first floor.

Both long- and shorter-term residences can be arranged.
