Visit Three Countries Without Ever Leaving Woburn Center

If you love sushi, try a meal at 3 Country Bistro on Main Street.

3 Country Bistro

Overview: Take a trip to three different countries without leaving Woburn Center. 3 Country Bistro provides Asian cuisine lovers with delights from Japan, Korea and Thailand. Their in-house sushi chef creates an incredible array of sushi options for everyone, from the picky to the adventurous. We welcome this restaurant as a new part of Woburn’s thriving restaurant scene.

Decor: 3 Country Bistro is small and quaint. There are several tables for dine in and you can sit at the sushi bar. Light walls, dark wood and oriental style decorations give a very vibrant feel to this bistro.

Beverages: Along with a few soda options, 3 Country Bistro offers sparkling water and Thai Iced Coffee and Tea. You can ask for unsweetened Thai iced tea as well.

Appetizers: You’ll find quite unique options on the appetizer menu including various forms of tempura and dumplings, as well as standards like Crispy Spring Rolls and Crab Rangoon.

Entrees: The entrees primarily consist of Thai and Korean specialties.  You can order Red, Green, Yellow or Panang Curry with your choice of meat or vegetable. They also have a variety of Thai Noodle and Fried Rice Dishes with everything from Pad Thai to Mango Fried Rice. Want to try a fourth country? How about the Indonesian Fried Rice? We highly recommend ordering the Okdol Bi Bim Bab, a Korean dish served in a very hot stone pot filled with rice, vegetables, meat, served with a fried egg on top and a bowl of miso soup.

Sides: For a few dollars extra, add some Jasmine, Brown or Sushi Rice or a bowl of Steamed Noodles to your meal.

Sushi: We are not kidding when we say that 3 Country Bistro has almost every type of sushi you can possibly imagine. From your standard Sashimi and California Rolls to various forms of Maki, you can be as adventurous or as selective as you want. Why not try the Woburn Maki with BBQ eel tempura and salmon? Or perhaps try the Philadelphia Maki with smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber and scallion. Bring a friend and order the Sushi-Sashimi Boat for two to share!

Service: 3 Country Bistro is open seven days a week and serves dinner options all day Sunday. You can dine-in and the friendly waiters can help you pick from their enormous menu, if you can’t quite narrow down a choice from all the options. Or call ahead to pick up a meal to go.

I had Bi Bim Bap in a stone bowl here a couple days ago and it was *wonderful*! I will definitely be going back. The staff was great, the food delicious and we even got a visit from the chef.
