The 27-year-old man was arrested Friday by the Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force.
A Woburn man was arrested Friday on drug charges after police began investigating claims that he sold marijuana to teenagers.
Shortly after 3:30 p.m. Friday, David P. Graziano, 27, of 48 Warren Ave. Apt. #3, was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of a Class B Drug (Suboxone tablets; Suboxone sublingual films; Adderal-Amphetamine); one count of possession to distribute Class C drug (Clonazepam); one count of possession to distribute Class D drug (marijuana); and one count of drug violation near school/park (Woburn Montessori School and St. Charles School).
According to Woburn Police, investigators received a tip that Graziano was selling drugs to teenagers. Other complaints were also lodged with WPD for the Warren Avenue area, said police.
WPD received a search warrant from Woburn District Court Friday to search Graziano's Warren Avenue residence. With the search warrant in hand, police began surveillance of Graziano's home and vehicle.
Police reported Graziano visited a convenience store and Woburn Antiques before going home, where he was served with the search warrant.
Investigators confiscated several items at Graziano's home, including Adderal-Amphetamine tablets, Suboxone tablets, Clonazepam tablets, marijuana, digital scales and other drug distribution paraphenalia, and three pellet guns.
A pit bull dog was taken from the residence to be cared for by a female friend. Police secured Graziano's residence at 4:26 p.m. and took the 27-year-old man into custody.

The only explanation is someone posted bail. probably won't do any time either. Judges seem to take the probation route more and more these days. Sad to hear he is out.
