Woburn is under a Winter Weather Advisory from the National Weather Service until 6 p.m. Thursday and is expected to accumulate 4 to 6 inches of snow.
Expect to see snow flakes after 3 p.m. Wednesday, says the NWS.

With all the reserves of sand and salt the city must have due to the mild winter, why is my street covered in ice and snow?? Where are the plows and sanders?? Surely there must be enough to do the side streets in the first storm of the year!

I agree, first storm and my street is a skating rink. I saw one pick up truck plowing my street then nothing !

All the sand is safe in city yards new 3 million dollar hoop house .
