WorldFest in Woburn Today - Schedule of Events

SCI Woburn's WorldFest is happening this afternoon on the Woburn Public Library lawn. Here are a list of performances.

Tour the world in your own backyard! 

WorldFest is returning to Downtown Woburn today from 2 to 5 p.m. Visitors can enjoy artwork, crafts, activities, cultural displays, and of course food from around the world. Performers will entertain the crowd with dance and music. Children’s activities and performances will delight the little ones. Some of this year’s performers include Brazilian Dancers, Chinese Children’s Choir, Bunker Hill Bag Pipe Band, Cuban Band Coco Torres, Korean Fan Dancers and much more. Bring your family and enjoy an afternoon of culture!

WorldFest will take place on the Woburn Public Library Lawn at 45 Pleasant Street. The rain location will be the Senior Center in Woburn at 144 School Street.

2:00 pm- Bunker Hill Pipe Band
2:20 pm- Natiely Oliveira Teles and Antonio de Souza, Brazilian Forro
2:35 pm- Eastern Star Children’s Choir
2:55 pm- Odaiko New England, Japanese Taiko Drumming
3:15 pm- Nadia Sophia, Middle Eastern Belly Dance
3:25 pm- Woburn Memorial High School A Cappella Group
3:40 pm- Ku’s Taekwondo Academy, Martial Arts and Board Breaking
4:00 pm- Coco Torres, Buena Vista Social Club Music from Cuba
4:30 pm- Korean School of New England, Buchaechum Fan Dance
4:45 pm- Merry Minstrels, Traditional Celtic Music and Dance

WorldFest is sponsored by One World Boston, a Cummings Foundation affiliate, Woburn Cultural Council and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
