WPD Officer DeNapoli Headed Home From Hospital

Lahey Clinic reports Officer Robert DeNapoli was released from the hospital after 3 p.m. Friday.

 

Woburn Police Officer Robert DeNapoli has been released from the hospital, Lahey Clinic spokesman Steve Danehy told Woburn Patch Friday afternoon.

According to Danehy, Officer DeNapoli was released after 3 p.m. Friday.

The Woburn Police patrolman was at Lahey Clinic recovering from serious injuries suffered while responding to an armed robbery at Musto Jewelers Tuesday morning.


One suspect, Antonio Matos, 25, of Boston, has been captured by police, while one to maybe three others remain at large.
