When we were young children my siblings and I were what you would call "tow-heads" because we had platinum blonde hair.  As we grew older, our hair grew darker, but I always loved that blonde hair!

Then came SUN IN. Remember Sun In? You just sprayed it on your hair and went out into the sun. With each application your hair would get lighter in color. I was a dirty blonde.... but I wanted my hair to make me look like I came from the land of the Midnight Sun.

Eventually I found Nice N Easy. I could stay blonde and do it myself.

As I continued to mature, I would go to the salon and have my hair frosted, highlighted, lowlighted and foiled. Foil became my friend.

After forty years of 'being a blonde' I have decided to 'go natural'. I found my hair to be dark just like my other sisters! But now I have real frosting and I hope to be platinum again soon!
