Found Cat: Brown and White Tabby

A brown and white tabby male was found on the evening of December 26 near Salem Street in Woburn.  He is not neutered and has no microchip but is very friendly and may be someone's missing pet.  If you think this cat may be yours or know someone looking for him, please email us at woburncats@gmail.com.

My sister lost her cat about 2 months ago near Winn St (Woburn/Burlington line) it was an Orange and white neutered tabby, approx 10 years old. Now I know this isn't the same cat, but in looking at your email address, I was wondering if you may know of other lost/found cats?

@Tanya, has your sister already contacted the local towns' (notice that's plural) Animal Control Office? And ALL of the local veterinarians and rescue groups? -There are many but often people turn in a cat to them, or someone finds them who is a volunteer, but maybe they just haven't uncovered the proper owner. Please take those steps if it hasn't already been done. I sincerely hope all missing kitties find their way back to their owners! (And that said owners don't let their pets out or do a better job at keeping them from escaping out if that's how they got out. Their safety and happiness certainly depends on it.)

@Tanya, we do come across lost cats from time to time, but unfortunately we have not seen your sister's cat. As DJ R suggested, you can call the local Animal Control offices, vet's offices and other local rescues to see if someone has turned the cat in to them (that is, if you haven't already).
