What should you to bring to a meeting with your financial advisor?

It is important to bring complete financial information to the meeting.  Your advisor can create a more complete plan for you if they can get an accurate picture of your financial situation.  Remember to bring the following:

  • Investment statements for individual retirement accounts, retirement plans and savings accounts.
  • Statements for college savings accounts and compensation details.
  • Beneficiary designation information – full names, dates of birth and Social Security numbers.
