Would you like to help out Kids with Cancer?

Some of you may know that I am participating in the St. Baldrick’s Shaving the Way to Conquer Cancer Event in September.  Yes, I am shaving my head!!
Why? Because these amazing kids (like Abby) deserve all the chances in the world to beat this heart breaking, terrible disease.

Is it unconventional? Yes, will I feel different – probably, but in a great way! I’ll know that I have done something significant to help.  My cousin’s daughter Abby had endured two brain tumor operations, countless time in hospitals, needles, tubes, radiation treatments, you name it. She’s only three, but she’s strong and feisty (as her Mom says). No kid should have to endure that.

Let’s come together as a community and help St. Baldrick’s Foundation continue the amazing work it has done. So far this year the volunteers have raised a record breaking 23 million dollars! My goal is to add $5,000 to that number.  So far I have raised $1,025 with the help of some amazing friends and family. .

September 16th is fast approaching and I can’t wait to share the day with everyone! Anyone who has a child fighting cancer, present, survivor or not – let me know and I’ll put their name on my remembrance T-shirt I am making for the event.

Please donate what you can, even $5 will help.  If you don’t feel comfortable donating online, email or call me and I’ll send you a donation form for your check.  You can help make this an amazing fundraiser for the kids AND you get to see me go bald!!

THANK YOU!!
