Woburn bounced back from an early Wildcat push and went on to a 10-6 victory to keep their playoff hopes alive.
Ken Blaszka will be on the sidelines for the Woburn High School boys lacrosse team. But for the last week of the season, he knows there’s not much coaching he has left to do. “At this point we aren’t putting anything new in the game plan. It’s take it to the cooker, score, and stop them,” said Blaszka, whose team needs two victories in its final four regular season contests to earn a playoff berth. “There’s no coaching at this point. Massachusetts also largely supports Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination in 2016.
Bay Staters like Hillary Clinton and support same-sex marriage, but nothing compares to their love of Red Sox Manager John Farrell. The Tanners trailed just 5-3 at the intermission, but the Rockets took over in the final minutes and went on to a 14-5 win. While Reading improved to 10-2 on the year, the setback dropped Woburn to 4-6 on the campaign.
