 oburn Senior Center 144 School St. Woburn\, MA\n&nbsp\;4 Delegates and 3
  Alternates from Wards 1\,2\,3\,4\,5\,7 will be selected\n3 Delegates an
 d 3 Alternates From Ward 6 will be selected\n&nbsp\;\nAll Democrats regi
 stered as of December 31\,2012 in Woburn are eligible to participate. De
 legates will be divided equally between men and women. Those not elected
  as Delegate and/or Alternate\, who meet the qualifications\, may apply 
 to be add-on delegates in the following categories: youth\, minority\, a
 nd disabled.\nThe caucus is open press.\n&nbsp\;At our 2013 convention\,
  the delegates selected by Woburn Democrats will debate and adopt our pl
 atform for the next four years\, catch up and network with other organiz
 ers around the Commonwealth and hear from some exciting future leaders o
 f our party. With the appointment of Senator John Kerry as the US Secret
 ary of State this Convention takes on a new dimension as a result of the
  special election to be held to replace Senator Kerry for the remainder 
 of his term.\n&nbsp\;Massachusetts Democratic Party&rsquo\;s Platform Co
