The new Woburn Memorial High School building opened in 2006. The state-of-the-art facility features academic classrooms, an athletic complex and a performing arts center. 

According to the school's program of studies, the mission of the school is "to provide academic and co-curricular programs that reflect the opportunities and challenges inherent in our rapidly changing society." 

The building features the Harlow Library, a library/media center named after Dr. John Harlow, which features 26 computer work stations, print materials, audio visual equipment and four project rooms.  

Extracurricular activities at the high school include: Yearbook, National Honor Society, Student Council, Connecting Activities, Drama Club, Show Choir, Band, Jazz Choir, Jazz Band, Marching Band, Public Speaking, Key Club, Leo Club, Dance Team, History Club, Interact Club, International Club, the Bull's Eye, Lit (literary magazine), Book Club, Best Buddies, Math Team, Science Team, LEARN, Peer Mediator, SRO Mentors, S.A.D.D., Shakespeare Society, Spectrum, Youth in Government, and the Ski and Snowboard Club.
