WHAT: Want to get your kids out of the house and active this February vacation? Boston Rock Gym (BRG) has the perfect solution for bored and rowdy kids.  From Monday, February 18, 2013 to Friday, February 22, 2013, the BRG is offering two extra Kid’s Climb classes from 10:30AM-12:30PM and 1:00PM-3:00PM (in addition to the regularly scheduled 3:30PM-5:30PM Kid’s Climb).  There is no better activity than one that is great exercise, wears them out, boosts their confidence and is a ton of fun!

Climbing helps kids to develop muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and focus.  It also teaches them teamwork, responsibility and trust through belaying, as well as self-confidence and motivation.  When children are climbing it is just them and the wall, and they will develop valuable life skills and learn to overcome fear and stress. Experienced Rock Gym Instructors are available to belay your child and encourage them to challenge themselves in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
