 e: making informed and appropriate selections and purchases of goods and
  services\; monitoring all contract purchases\; negotiating\, evaluating
 \, preparing\, and processing orders and contracts\; expediting delivery
  of goods\; maintaining favorable relationships with vendors\; locating 
 competitive vendors for best pricing\; and developing cost-saving propos
 als including alternative sourcing and vendor evaluation criteria.\nThis
