Today is Wednesday, August 21. Here are five things to know:

Looks like the hot temperatures are returning. According to the National Weather Service we can expect sunny skies with a high near 89 degrees. Mostly clear tonight with a low around 66.

3) Help students in need with a hair cut

Children receiving a back-to-school haircut at the Hair Cuttery salons in Woburn during the month of August will be giving one back to a disadvantaged child in the community.  Now through August 31st, every time a child (18 years old or younger) receives a haircut at any of the Hair Cuttery salons in New England, including the salons in Woburn, a free hair cut will be donated to a disadvantaged child in the community.
