Tuesday Packed With Meetings in Woburn

Here are five things to start your Tuesday in Woburn.

1. Happening Tuesday: The Woburn School Committee holds its regular meeting on Tuesday at 7 p.m. inside the Joyce Middle School Conference Room.

2. Busy Tuesday: There are also several other meetings scheduled for Tuesday in Woburn. The Ad Hoc Kraft Foods Committee meets at 6 p.m. in City Hall, the Board of Registrars of Voters meets at 9:30 a.m. in City Hall, the Planning Board holds a 7 p.m. session inside City Hall, the Woburn School Finance Subcommittee holds a 6:15 p.m. session inside Joyce Middle School and the Woburn Special Education Parent Advisory Council is in action at 7 p.m. inside Joyce Middle School.

3. Tanners in Action: Multiple Woburn High School teams play on Tuesday. The field hockey team hosts Watertown at 3:30 p.m., the golf team is in Winchester at 3:30 p.m., and the boys and girls cross country teams run at Arlington High School.

4. ICYMI: In case you missed it, Mayor Scott Galvin and challenger John Flaherty had their pasts make headlines on Sunday in the Boston Globe. In addition, one of the involved parties in one of the incidents spoke to Patch about her recollection of the day in question.
