Juicing Tips you might not know!

Have you ever juiced or are your juicing on a regular basis? 

Here are some tips for juicing you may be interested in:

1. Drink your juice on an empty stomach. Your body will absorb more of the nutrients and enzymes this way.

2. If you are new to juicing, pineapples and apples are good options to try! Juice a wedge of pineapple or a whole apple along with your greens to make the juice taste sweeter. 

3. Of course, it is important to rinse your greens before consuming or juicing. However, wet leaves and herbs don't pass through a juicer quite as well as when dry. Pat your greens with a towel before adding to the

4. Juices of leafy greens and wheatgrass contain high amounts of chlorophyll, which means that heat and oxidation can damage these enzyme levels. It is recommended to drink your green juices right after juicing, within the first 30 minutes, to get the maximum benefits.
