Come try Insanity with Woburn Recreation!

Woburn Recreation wants you to come try Insanity! This 30 to 60 minute version of the popular home workout will take you through interval training designed with athletic drills to give you a high caloric burn!!! Modifications are used to accommodate various fitness levels...

We are currently offering Walk-in Rates of $10 for Adults and $5 for Students. The class is held on Wednesday nights at the Woburn High School Gymnastics room. The gymnastics room is located on the first floor. The easiest access to this room is to enter through the doors closest to the football stadium on the side of the athletic building.

Dates: May 28th & June 4th

Time: 6:30-7:30pm

Cost: $10 for Adults, $5 for Students. Pay to the instructor before the start of class.
