Woburn Resident Graduates from Pharmacy Tech Program

Woburn resident Melissa DiFelice was among 12 recent graduates of Jewish Vocational Service’s (JVS) inaugural Certified Pharmacy Technician Training Program.

Family and friends joined JVS staff to congratulate the graduates of the program, which prepares students to pass the national pharmacy technician certification exam and to take critical first steps in becoming a Certified Pharmacy Technician.

The 12-week program includes classroom training three days a week and 165 hours of training with CVS/Pharmacy, giving students hands-on experience working in a fast-paced pharmacy. Ongoing support is provided throughout the program and students benefit from job placement upon graduation.
