School Street to be Closed Saturday for New CVS Construction
Find an alternate route this Saturday.
Residents driving around town this Saturday will need to take a detour if they are looking to drive down School Street.
According to a notice on the City of Woburn's web site, the Woburn Department of Public Works would like residents to know that School Street will be closed on Saturday, July 20 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to allow crews to conduct water/sewer drain work for the new CVS building.
During this time, there will be no there will be no access from the School Street and Merrimac Street intersection to Main Street. Truck access will be strictly prohibited, and motor vehicle drivers should seek alternate routes. Detours will be set up to help direct motorists and traffic.
