Denzel Washington Movie Working in Woburn

A movie starring Denzel Washington is currently filming in the Boston area and the production crew has a base in Woburn. 

According to someone associated with the film company, the movie "The Equalizer," starring Washington, has a sound studio behind the Marshalls Distribution Center at 83 Commerce Way. The filming is being done in Boston and Chelsea with some work also being done at the Woburn sound stage. 

It is unclear if any of the other stars of the film, which include Chloë Grace Moretz and Melissa Leo, according to IMBD, are in the city. 

The entrance to the sound stage is blocked off and visitors cannot get close to the location. 

Patch was also told the film crews will be in town all week. 

According to IMDB, "The Equalizer" is a feature film based on the television series of the same name. It features a covert operative seeking redemption from his dark deeds who quits a CIA-type agency and works on his own. According to the movie summary he puts an add a paper stating "Got a problem? Odds against you? Call the Equalizer." 

The film is being directed by Antoine Fuqua and is set to premier in 2014.
