Woburn Woman Stars in 'Oklahoma'
College student will play principal role in musical.

Franklin, MA—Chances are, at some point in your life, you’ve heard the familiar first note in the tune, “Ohhhhh-klahoma…” It was a theatrical production that changed musical theatre as we know it, and the renowned Dean College Theatre Department is proud to announce Kimberly Fife of Woburn will have a principal role in the production of Oklahoma!

Set in Oklahoma in the early 1900’s, the musical production follows a cast of characters entangled in the romance of two couples, and the birth of a new state. Fife will portray the character of Laurie.
The Dean College production of Oklahoma! opens Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Shows times are Friday, November 14-16 at 7:30PM with a matinee (2:00PM) and evening (7:30PM) performance on Saturday November 17 and a matinee performance on Sunday, November 18 at 2:00PM. The production will take place in their State-of-the-Art Main Stage within the Campus Center at Dean College.
