Company is Opening First Massachusetts Location in Woburn
The company will lease space on Atlantic Avenue.
An architectural flooring distributor based in New York is opening its first Massachusetts location in Woburn.
ProSpec LLC signed a lease for 10,500 square feet at 10 Atlantic Ave., reported Banker & Tradesman.
"The space will allow ProSpec LLC to operate in their typical configuration consisting of office, warehouse and loading. The strategic location of Woburn at Route 128 and Route 93 was also an important factor," said Arlon I. Brown, senior vice president of Parsons Commercial Group Inc., which represented ProSpec LLC in the transaction.
