New Retailer Coming to Washington Street
Lease signed for new store to open in November.
A new retailer is coming to Washington Street, within minutes from the Route 128 and 93 off-ramps.
Sun & Ski has leased the building at 406 Washington St., according to Banker & Tradesman. The sign appeared on the building last week.

The store is going to be located on the upper level of a lot that also houses Hogan Tire.
"We're looking forward to serving the Woburn and regional market from our new store in this premier location, which will feature ski and snowboard gear in the winter, and patio furniture in the summer," Steve Rath, the co-CEO/COO of Retail Concepts Inc., parent company of Sun & Ski Sports, told B&T.

Sun & Ski operates 30 stores across the country, with several locations in Texas. The Woburn store will be its second Massachusetts location (the other is in Pembroke.)
