Showcase Cinemas Woburn Undergoing Facelift

Phase one of the theatre renovation project is complete.

Showcase Cinemas Woburn has completed phase one of its theatre renovation project, which includes seat upgrades in the 14 auditoriums and new flooring.

Showcase Cinemas is also expanding its menu options and redesigning its concession stand.

The auditoriums now include stadium seating with powered reclining plush premium armchairs. The audio system has been undated to Dolby 7.1 Surround and the auditoriums will have closed captioning glasses and descriptive narrative headsets.

Theatergoers will be able to reserve seats in advance. They will also be able to skip lines and pick up tickets via an automated box office.

Phase two is ongoing and will feature a new lobby, a new private party room for groups and social events, a full bar and a gourmet coffee station. Construction for phase two should be completed by the end of July.
