The irony that the present building being built now on spec at the corners of Lexington Street & Trapelo Road could have had three (3) tenants including an Asian restaurant was just so unnecessary. Waltham is a very desirable growing major anchor city of the Route 128 Arch and NEEDS to respond accordingly and encouragingly. The most recent nine (9) months to one (1) year record shows a very mixed and not so successful track record.
