Brown of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. Completes 10,500 Sq. Ft. Lease for ProSpec, LLC in Woburn
Arlon I. Brown, SIOR, Senior Vice President of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. recently represented ProSpec, LLC in a new lease for 10,500 square feet at 10 Atlantic Avenue in Woburn, Massachusetts.
ProSpec, LLC is an architectural flooring distributor based out of New York. “The space will allow ProSpec, LLC to operate in their typical configuration consisting of office, warehouse and loading. The strategic location of Woburn at Route 128 and Route 93 was also an important factor, commented,” Brown.
“This will be their first Massachusetts location,” he added.
