Founder of Local Basketball League Featured in Salem Five Customer Videos

When you’re particularly happy with your customer experience you just can’t help but want to tell people about it. Randy Bennett, the founder of the Woburn-based basketball league and training center Evolution Basketball, recently took part in a client video series for his bank, Salem Five. Appearing in two of the videos, Randy spoke on how instrumental Salem Five was in helping him to set up the nonprofit arm of his business, Make a Swish for Me. “They helped me to navigate that system - so really helping me get my nonprofit off the ground. We have had it now for a year and it’s done some great things for some of our kids in our program and I look forward to that growing over time.” That service is why Bennett always recommends Salem Five. “When I recommend banking to any people within my program or any of my personal friends as well as my family, I always say Salem Five first. I feel like they do a great job on the customer service side. It’s a family feeling; they’re always there, helpful to answer questions. It’s always nice to be able to go to a familiar face where you know their name.” Randy’s wife Beth Bennett, a Salem Five personal banking customer, also appeared in the video series where she lauded the bank for their excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere. Beth also expressed how happy she was with the fee reimbursement program that comes with her checking account at Salem Five. “We travel a lot as a family, so whether we’re in California, whether we’re in Massachusetts, we can use our debit card and we don’t have fees attached and that’s huge.” Each of the videos in the series can be viewed on Salem Five’s YouTube channel and on its website, SalemFive.com.
