MISSION VIEJO, Calif., October 10, 2013—TeamLogic IT of Woburn, owned by Jim Hackett and Andy Hackett, received a Top Volume Award at the TeamLogic IT Owners Summit, an annual three-day event where franchisees and their key managers learn and share information to help them grow their businesses. This year’s event was held October 3-5 at the Hilton Waterfront Resort in Huntington Beach, California. The Top Volume Award recognizes the Hackett’s TeamLogic IT as the top revenue producing business in the entire franchise network for 2012.

            Also recognized at the event, Jennifer Videtto, Senior Field Service Engineer of TeamLogic IT Woburn who received the franchise organization’s Technician of the Year award. Videtto, who is celebrating a five-year anniversary with TeamLogic IT of Woburn, received the award for her unwavering commitment to going above and beyond to service customers.
