Certification continues longstanding snom effort to interoperate with best-of-breed communications technology providers

Woburn, Mass. – (November 5, 2013) – snom technology Inc., a leading developer of IP business phones, today announced that its 7xx series of SIP-based IP endpoints have been certified to work with IPsmarx’ multi-tenant IP-PBX platform and Class 5 Softswitch.

The certification gives IPsmarx customers (VoIP service providers) the ability to use snom’s popular 7xx series phones with its multi-tenant IP-PBX and Class 5 Softswitch, which includes integrated billing, call routing, email marketing and e-commerce functionality wrapped up in a single solution.

IPsmarx is unique in that it packages service applications, softswitch, billing, account management and marketing capabilities for VoIP-based telephony services in a single solution that supports direct and indirect sales channels. This integrated application server, softswitch and billing offers reliable, scalable delivery of VoIP business lines, SIP trunks and hosted IP-PBX services with low cost of ownership and faster time to market.
