Woburn, MA-based Ingage Consulting and Tortal Training add engagement professionals to support company growth

Through its unique engagement methodology and online training programs, Ingage Consulting and its subsidiary Tortal Training have helped its franchise industry clients improve customer service, increase sales and reduce overall expenses.  To better serve its existing client base and the growing number of new clients, Ingage and Tortal recently added several key staff members.

 

Charlotte, North Carolina-based Tortal Training, hired Dan Black as client engagement manager. In this role, Black will collaborate with Tortal’s clients to develop programs that match a client’s needs and challenges.  He will also provide learning and development consulting to clients so they can better leverage the power of training to reach strategic business objectives, increasing performance metrics while minimizing impact to budgets.  Prior to Tortal, Black led a successful real estate franchise, which grew into one of the 50 best performing franchises in three years.  He is a recognized expert in eLearning solutions, training, leadership and business development who has consulted organizations of all sizes.

Janet Brideaux has been added as communications expert for Ingage Consulting. Brideaux previously worked as a senior manager of communications at Loblaw, Canada’s largest food distributor and grocery retailer as well as director, member communications at CCA Global, a privately held cooperative who partners with independent business owners to help build their business. In this role, she will develop integrated communication plans and develop internal delivery platforms for franchisors to help drive their company’s vision, instill its brand and engage employees across the business.

Marcia Hewey has been named director of marketing for Ingage Consulting. Hewey will be responsible for corporate marketing as well as project management of special events such as the Franchise Operations Performance Summit (OPS),  the only conference for franchise operations executives and managers dedicated to operational excellence.  Hewey has more than a decade of marketing experience having previously worked for SimpleTech, AFCOM and Flooring America.  She will also utilize her expertise in branding; PR;  traditional and online marketing as well as social media platforms.
