Sono Bello opens micro laser-assisted body contouring center in Woburn

Sono Bello, a leader in laser-assisted body sculpting, has signed a 5,000-square-foot-lease for 100 TradeCenter in Woburn. This location is the firm’s 13th, and its first in Massachusetts.

WOBURN, December 13, 2012 – Sono Bello, a leader in laser-assisted body sculpting, has announced the opening of its newest clinic at 100 TradeCenter in Woburn. The practice leased 5,500 square feet of first-class medical space for its 13th location and its first in Massachusetts.

Sono Bello's chief medical officer, Dr. Michael Gellis, commented, “We are excited to bring our services to the Boston area, and TradeCenter 128 offers an upscale experience in a convenient location.”

According to Gellis, Sono Bello is dedicated to providing the highest level of personal service with its exclusive Tri-Sculpt™ laser liposuction process. The firm’s physicians use micro laser technology to remove unwanted body fat, performing hundreds of procedures each month.

John F. Nealon, president of W. J. Nealon Commercial Realty, and Stephen Hall, senior vice president of HealthAmerica Realty Group, represented Sono Bello in the transaction. The property owner, Cummings Properties, was represented by its own leasing director, Derek Cook.

Cook noted that Cummings Properties’ in-house design and construction teams completed a custom buildout for the national firm in fewer than 60 days.

Cook said, “Sono Bello’s requirements presented us with an opportunity to create highly functional medical space within an environment that would be welcoming and soothing for its clients.”

Sono Bello now has locations in 10 states. For more information on its body contouring techniques, visit www.sonobello.com.
