Sono Bello opens micro laser-assisted body contouring center in Woburn

Sono Bello, a leader in laser-assisted body sculpting, has signed a 5,000-square-foot-lease for 100 TradeCenter in Woburn. This location is the firm's 13th, and its first in Massachusetts.

WOBURN, December 13, 2012 – Sono Bello, a leader in laser-assisted body sculpting, has announced the opening of its newest clinic at 100 TradeCenter in Woburn. The practice leased 5,500 square feet of first-class medical space for its 13th location and its first in Massachusetts.

John F. Nealon, president of W. J. Nealon Commercial Realty, and Stephen Hall, senior vice president of HealthAmerica Realty Group, represented Sono Bello in the transaction. The property owner, Cummings Properties, was represented by its own leasing director, Derek Cook.

 

Cook noted that Cummings Properties’ in-house design and construction teams completed a custom buildout for the national firm in fewer than 60 days.

 

Cook said, “Sono Bello’s requirements presented us with an opportunity to create highly functional medical space within an environment that would be welcoming and soothing for its clients.”
